Sale Conditions and Terms
These Sale Conditions state the terms and conditions applied to the purchase of products through the Web Site. Read these Sale Terms before placing an order. Once you placed an Order through the Website, confirming that you have read and accepted the Sales Conditions you agree unconditionally to the terms specified below.
Order and Acceptance
To place an Order you must be adult. You must select the Products within the site, choose color and size, add products to your shopping cart; click on “Add to cart” button and select the method of delivery or withdrawal. The “Shopping cart” may contain one or more items that and can be changed at any time before the “Order Confirmation”. You can “Add to cart” either from the catalogue or from the description form.
You can confirm the Order only after the acceptance of “General Conditions of Sale” and after fulfill compulsory information about who will receive the delivery of goods listed in the “Order Confirmation”, as well as for their shipment. Items in the cart are showed in the “Order Confirmation” with shipping costs included.
Any order received is an invitation to purchase our products. Orders are subjected to availability and our acceptance and we may, at any time and at our discretion, decline your Order, for example the cases of:
– Lack or incorrect informations you have provided about payment informations, billing informations, delivery address information insufficient or wrong – please note that we send products only to real postcode;
– there was an error on our Website about the Products you have ordered, for example, an error in the price or description shown on our website;
– The products you have ordered are no longer available on our Website;
– Order amount is too high: we will contact you so to verify the order;
– We suspect that you are not adult.
If we are not able to accept your order, we will send you an e-mail or we will contact you at the address that you have left as soon as possible or by telephone no later than 10 days from the Order.
Once you have submitted the order through the web site, we will send you an e-mail as Order Summary. If you did not receive the e-mail “Order Summary” within 48 hours. contact us by e-mail at email@example.com before making another order for the same product.
Please note that the Order Summary does not constitute acceptance of your order untill we receive the payment. You will receive an e-mail to inform you about the shipment af any items as Order Confirmation. This e-mail will inform you that your order has been shipped. It also include an electronic invoice of your order.

The contract, Atelier Franco Aldini will process your order of purchase. With the transmission of the “order confirmation” the Customer claim to know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and further information contained on web site.

All products come with an identification tag. The customer does not have to remove the tag from the purchased products because it is an integral part.
