The return or exchange of the garments purchased on www.franco-aldini.com is possible through this mode:

Follow the procedure and perform the return within 14 days of receipt of the product:

1 – Email communications return / replacement using the form below indicating the order number, the name of the person in whose name is on the order, the item number, size (data that are in the order confirmation) and your registered email address.

2 – An employee of Franco Sartoria Aldini will contact you to confirm you the return. If you want to use our courier, they will be given the details of the courier.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise:

If the return right is exercised in conformity with the procedures and time limits specified in this section, the seller will refund the customer the amount corresponding to the price paid for the goods in return.
