The return or exchange of the garments purchased on www.franco-aldini.com is possible through this mode:

Follow the procedure and perform the return within 14 days of receipt of the product:
1 – Email communications return / replacement using the form below indicating the order number, the name of the person in whose name is on the order, the item number, size (data that are in the order confirmation) and your registered email address.
2 – Click return:
a) return via the same courier delivery;
b) personal courier.
If you want to change size or color please show us your new choice in this email: aldinisartoria@alice.it.
2 – An employee of Franco Sartoria Aldini will contact you to confirm you the return. If you want to use our courier, they will be given the details of the courier.
3 – Once you have your data, your care will make arrangements with the carrier to pick up the package.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise:
1 – We will checks for compliance.
2 – We will reimburse you for the amount you paid for the goods made, not including the costs of items to be returned.
If you decide to use our shipping, you will not have to make the payment in person, but this will be deducted from the sum of the return that the company must reimburse you. The return right – besides compliance with the terms and conditions described in the above paragraphs, is exercised properly if they are fully met the following conditions:
a. the products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
b. products must be equipped with all tags, labels, seals originally affixed
c. Products must be returned in their original packaging
d. The products must be sent to the seller in a single shipment
and. The products must be delivered to the carrier within ten (14) working days from the date you received the products.
If the return right is exercised in conformity with the procedures and time limits specified in this section, the seller will refund the customer the amount corresponding to the price paid for the goods in return. The sums will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which the seller is aware of the right of withdrawal by the customer. As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale, the Seller will activate the refund procedure once we verify the correct execution of the terms and conditions stated above.
If they are not complied with the terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the money paid to the seller at the time of the Order. However, the customer may, at its discretion and expense, regain the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller. Upon receiving the email the seller will instruct the courier collection from the shipping address listed in the order confirmation or at another address delivered by the customer. In order to speed up the procedures made, the customer may agree with the carrier to pick up the goods.
Seller is not responsible for the goods are not collected by the courier, even if put in place all necessary actions to make it happen as soon as possible.
The customer is asked to enter the original invoice in the returned package, or to send the documentation to the seller.
Timing and procedures for reimbursement
After returning products, the seller will need to check the conformity of the same. In the event that the checks are successfully concluded, the seller will send, via email, confirming the acceptance of the returned products.
Whatever the mode of payment you used previously, the refund will be activated as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days from the date of received mail made.
The amount that will be refunded will be that relating to the amount of goods you have returned, with the deduction of expenses made, in case you have using our courier.
